He is survived by: his wife Sandra Levins; his children, Rebecca Jemison, Robert Levins, Rathan Levins and Ruben Levins; his grandchildren, Abigail Jemison, Elizabeth Jemison, Shelly Jemison, Audrey Levins, Joshua Levins, Jacob Levins and Daniel Levins; his great grandchildren, Elijah Evans, Elliana Evans and Braylon Evans; and his siblings, Stella Moore, Delton Levins, Wayne Levins and Jimmy Levins. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
