He is survived by: his mother Sandra Faye Mazzone (Smith) of Durant; his son Richard Charles Kale; his wife LeighAnna Mimms; his sister Karen Boyer (Rob); his sibling's children, Blake and Kaylee of Norman, OK; his sister-in-law Lynnsey Mimms; his sibling's child Kaydon of Durant; and his aunt Gayle Marty Mazzone of New Mexico. He is also survived by other numerous relatives and friends.
