He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Rogers (Buster) and Odoska Jane Rogers; his children, Chad Rogers (Leanne) of Sanger, Texas. and RocAnn Smith (Wade) of Brighton, Colorado.; his grandson Chance Rogers (Ashley Maioriello); his great grandchild Kyelynn Parker; his brothers, Elmer Rogers and Donald Ray Davis; his siblings' children, Merrilee, Kevin Davis, Andrea, Justin Mersiovsky, Marti, Greg Phillips, Kim, Tracy Rogers, Tina, Rhett Rogers, Celena, Jim Weaver, Madison, Trey Bowman (Rachel), Ethan Davis, Kaitlin, Josh Dildine (Nellie), Kurtis Elmore (Ella Jayne Mersiovsky), Mason Phillips (Kirsten), Aaron Rauner (Alyssa), Jeffrey Rogers, Raylee Rogers, Riggin Rogers (Erin), Tristan Smith and Colt Weaver; and his caregiver Crystal Jones. He was also cherished by cousins, classmates, and close friends.
