He is survived by: his children, Jeff Smith of Durant, Shawn Smith (Melanie) and Jennifer White (Steve); his sisters, Sheryl Smith and Wanda Smith (Janet); his grandchildren, Brittnee, Destinee, Jordan, Chelsea, Jerran and Chance; his great grandchildren, Zia, Averee, Brooklyn and Silas; and his niece Crystal Nix. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
