It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Barboan (Durant, Oklahoma), born in Bennington, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 18, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nelson Abner Williams and Samantha Williams (Fobb); her husband Daniel Barboan; her daughter Denise Renee Barboan; her siblings, Bertha Brock (Delbert) and Nelson Abner Williams, Jr.; and her siblings' children, Gladys Rogers, Twila Long, Ricky Brock and Michael Brock.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Richard Barboan Jr. of Oklahoma City and Stephanie Pritchett (Ricky Haislip) of Bennington; her grandchildren, Kerwin Moore of Oklahoma City, Shanelka Barboan of Durant, Kira Moore of Norman, Jared Pritchett of Durant, R. J. Haislip of Bennington, Sydney Branson Tillery, Benjamin Singleton, Kristin Brooks and Chantelle Standefer; and her sisters, Anita Navarro of Durant and Sue Folsom (Michael). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other family members.
