She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Mitchell and Maudie Mitchell; her husband Weldon Taylor; her son Roy Glen Taylor; her grandchildren, Lauren Hunter and Drew Carter; and her siblings, Elbert "Hoss" Mitchell, Roy Mitchell, Glen "Jack" Mitchell and Sue Pickett.

She is survived by: her children, George "Bubby" Taylor (Tina) of Azle, Texas and Pam Carter of Utica, Oklahoma; her daughter-in-law Vickie Taylor of Rockport, Texas; her grandchildren, Christopher Taylor (Jessica), Joshua Taylor, Brandon Taylor, Kandra Taylor, Anthony Hunter and Jordan Carter (Kady); her great grandchildren, Carrissa, Shannon, Eric, Victoria, Sara, Noah, Monti and Cash; her great great grandchild Josiah; and her siblings, Shorty Mitchell (Deanna), Troy Mitchell, Hellen Mitchell and Brenda Russell (David). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The family asks that if anyone wishes to donate that it be made to Wolfe Creek Cemetery fund for maintenance.
