He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayland Lee and Nancy Ann Hendricks Ballard. He is survived by: his children, William Ballard of Ada and Rebecca Ann Roe; his sister Tina Ann Ballard; and his grandchildren, Kaili, Nathan and Jeremiah.
