It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen Schoonmaker of Eagle City, Oklahoma, born in Fairview, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 6, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Scott and Mildred Scott; her brother Jerry Scott; her grandson Logan Black; and her great grandchild Gabriel Clark.
She is survived by: her husband Steve Schoonmaker; her children, Traci Wilson (Eddie), Brian Schoonmaker (Robin) and Staci Black (Robby); her grandchildren, Austin Wilson (Erin), Devin Wilson, Dillan Schoonmaker (Kelsey), Kendal Schoonmaker (Kristin), Lauren Hallmark and Lynzey Black; and her great grandchildren, Kamryn Wilson, Ava Schoonmaker, Tayber Schoonmaker and Nash Schoonmaker.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Eagle City Christian Church with Pierce Funeral Home serving as custodian at P.O. Box 36, Canton, OK 73724.
