She is survived by: her husband Joe Cook; her children, Don Cook (Theresa) of Eagletown, OK and LaRisa Parris (Wayne) of Andover, KS; her brothers, Mike McCoy (Nena) of Eagletown, OK and Kirk McCoy (Janet) of Eagletown, OK; her grandchildren, Derek, Madeleine Parris, Megan Parris, Adrian and Nathaniel Williamson; her great grandchild Oliver Parris; her nieces and nephews, Daniel, Michelle, Alora, Cole, Caleb, Ayla, Ava, Devin and Ryan; and her close friends, Tommie Wylie, Rita Parris, Betty Chapman and Ann Ragan. She is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews, and other relatives and friends.
