He is survived by: his mother Theresa Maturina; his children, Marie Peoples, Kayla, Branam, Gerald Peoples of McAlester and Natasha Battiest; his grandchildren, Dustin, Brooklyn, Layla, Chloe, Kajua, Kahleeha, Henry and Miracle; his brother Kevin Carterby of Hugo; his nieces and nephews, Rafael, Tracker, Isabella and Za'leia; his aunt Sybil Trevino; and his cousin Karen Wilson. He is also survived by many cousins, other relatives, and friends.
