We bid farewell to Anita Elizabeth Winters (Edmond, Oklahoma), born in Sea Cliff, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 14, 2026 at the age of 87. Anita touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Anita may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Anita touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam Eberhard and Elizabeth Eberhard; and her sister June Allchin. She is survived by: her children, Heidi Gale of Wichita, KS and Gary Winters (Cindy) of Mankato, MN; and her grandchildren, Katelyn Ballard (Ben) of Springfield, GA and Rylee Gale (Cherakee) of Wichita, KS.. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren, but nine great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been set up with the Alzheimer's Association.
