Ann Frances Webb Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ann Frances Webb of Edmond, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 5, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles V. Townsend and Georgia Townsend (Spore); her brother Charles Townsend, Jr.; her daughter Holly Parks; and her granddaughter Rebecca Hays.

She is survived by: her children, Doyle Webb, Jr. (Jan) of Guthrie and Jane Webb of Edmond; her son-in-law Jay Parks of Edmond; her grandchildren, Michael Merritt (Kristen) of Guthrie, Colby Parks (Kayla) of Edmond, Kelley Bettis (Jeff) of Guthrie, Katie Young (Jerred) of Colorado Springs and Mackenzie O'Mealey (Chris) of Edmond; her great grandchildren, Cora, Hanna Bettis, Jadyn, Nolan, Jaxon Young, Lanie, Caden, Cassidy, Jaxsen Parks, Philip Hays and Declan O'Mealey; her sister-in-law Barbara Webb of Carnegie, Oklahoma; and her cousin Larry Spore (Ellen) of Williamsburg, Virginia. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and grand dogs.
