He is survived by: his close friend Jay; his sons, Calvin Wayne Jr. (Michelle Minnick) and Daniel Arthur (Pam Minnick); his siblings, Roy (Nancy Minnick), John (Terry Minnick), Judy (Ron Fowler Shorewood), Debbie (Mike Buske), Denise Johnson of Atlanta Georgia and Leanne Minnick of New Lenox Illinois; his grandchildren, Blake Minnick, Casey Minnick, Dalton Minnick, Calvin Minnick III, Carson Hamon, Ashlen Hamon, Makenzy and Josh Sanders; his great grandchild Hank Sanders; Jackie, Judy, Debbie and Denise. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
