Carl will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Carl Tibbets and Betty Jean Tibbets (Doane); and his siblings, Roxanne Baldwin and Dr. Daniel Tibbets. He is survived by: his wife Shearlene Tibbets (Comer); his children, Brian Wilson of McAlester and Amanda Price of Edmond, Oklahoma.; his siblings, Kathryn Stark and Emmet Tibbets; and his aunt Sondra Kitzman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and lifelong friends.
