She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Lee McKinley and Dorotha Irene "Bell" McKinley; and her siblings, Bryan "Bud" McKinley and Doris Pierce. She is survived by: her husband Tom Webb; her children, Robert, Luann Webb, Joe and Lisa Webb Johnson; her grandchildren, Kelsey, Travis Chambers, Ashley Webb, Kinsey, Brandon Caso, Katie Johnson and Kyle Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Ember Caso and Ava Chambers. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Matthews Funeral Home (601 S Kelly Ave, Edmond, OK 73003, USA). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Matthews Funeral Home Chapel (601 S Kelly Ave, Edmond, OK 73003, USA). A burial was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Gracelawn Cemetery (1407 North Blvd, Edmond, OK 73003).
