He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Russell, Jr. and Letta Pauline Parham Robinson; his brother Jack Russell; his sister-in-law Mary Russell; and his daughter-in-law Jodi Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis of Edmond; his sons, Wayne (Becky) of Edmond and Paul (Janet) of Denton, TX.; his grandchildren, Erica Jaqua, Lauren Smith (Torin), Wyatt Russell, Jack Russell, Mason Russell, Tori Valentine, Cole Russell, Alli Valentine and Dillon Russell; and his great grandchildren, Charlie, Jackson, Cyler, Matthew and Declan.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Memorial Road Church of Christ (2221 E Memorial Rd, Edmond, OK 73013).
