He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Hay and Clouis Hay. He is survived by: his wife Patsy (Cadillac); his son Mark (Ashley Hay); his daughter-in-law Debbie Hay; and his son Brett Hay.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Putnam City Baptist Church (11401 N Rockwell Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73162).
