He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton William and Mary Ella Prior Schinnerer; and his siblings, Keith, Kenneth and Janice.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Viola Thomas; and his children, Tonda Stafford (Barry), Mark Schinnerer (Linda), Leah Ries (Barry), Donna Fore (Bron), Lisa Reed (Boyd) and Steven Schinnerer (Jenni). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Timothy Hill Ranch at Center Hill Lake, Tennessee.
