He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Victor and Jewell Campbell; and his son David Victor. He is survived by: his wife Nita; his son Wes (Michelle); his siblings, Randy (Carolyn), Craig, Jeff (Wendy) and Kathy Lucas; and his grandsons, Zackary and Caleb.
