He is survived by: his former wife Janna Carr; his children, Ethan James Carr, Kaedyn Marie Carr and Roman Kyle Carr; his siblings, Deanna Stein of Texas, Norma Dixon of Texas, Paula Couch (Jim Couch) and Robert Carr (Liz Carr); and his nieces and nephews, Rob Brown (Leah), Frank Carr (Anna), Kasey Carr (Mike), Teri Carr (Riley), Steven Cannon (Stephanie), Dawn Code, Erin Schubert (Brian) and David Poe.
