He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd D. Maloy and Frances Mae Maloy (Kaundart). He is survived by: his wife Linda W. Maloy; his children, Zac and Tava; his grandchildren, Benjamin Z. Maloy (Ben), Jude G. Maloy, Madison M. Sofsky (Maddie), Merrin C. Sofsky and Hayden M. Sofsky; and his brother Charles Eugene (Gene).
