He is survived by: his daughters, Shelly Douglas, Shawna Ward and Amy Douglas; his grandchildren, Matthew Farthing (Leslie), Kelsie Abney (Douglas), Madison Duley (Rylan), Tori Rhodes (Dillon), Tyler Villanueva (Nova Sukut) and Kristina Villanueva; his great grandchildren, Poppy Duley, Lola Duley, Reyna Parkhurst and Emma Rhodes; and his pet Pepper.

A committal service was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Gracelawn Cemetery (1407 North Blvd, Edmond, OK 73034). A burial was held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
