He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Powers and Lucille Powers. He is survived by: his wife G. Kay Powers; and his siblings, Cynthia Powers of Bellingham, Washington, Jon (Jo Powers) and Rev. Marcus (Linda Powers). He is also survived by six nieces and nephews and their beautiful children.
