He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Blake and Sarah Blake (Caldera); and his siblings, Robert Blake, Anita Blake and Delores McCann.
He is survived by: his wife Flora; his children, Michael Blake of Edmond, OK and Karen Sue Rodenberger of Bristow, OK.; and his grandchildren, Cody Rodenberger of Antlers, OK, Rikki VanOrsdol (Glenn) of Bristow, OK, Jarrett Rodenberger and Misty. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews.
Viewing was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Mallory-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory of Stigler (204 NE F St, Stigler, OK 74462). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Milton Cemetery.
