He was predeceased by: his father Clinton Waggoner; his wife Glenda Lee Waggoner (West); his sons, Devin Lee Waggoner and Michael Ray Waggoner; his mother Connie Durrett; his stepfather John Durrett; and his brothers, Alfred Durrett and Dickie Durrett.
He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Cindy Durett of Moore, Oklahoma, Stanford West of Tecumseh, Oklahoma and Karen McKee (Jim) of Preston, Oklahoma; and his daughter-in-law Jenifer Waggoner of Edmond, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
