She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Bray and Hazel Bray (Colburn); her husbands, Kenneth Wente and Bernard Allen; her siblings, Robert, William, Marie McCue, Beulah Koppes and Loras; and her stepgrandsons, Robbie Allen and Luke Allen.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Wente (Debra) of Hays, KS, Brent Wente (Christina) of Bonner Springs, KS, Gary Wente (Connie) of San Saba, TX and Ken Wente (Kathy) of Cudjoe Key, FL; her stepsons, Roger Allen (Pam) of Salina, KS and Lew Allen (Jo Beth) of Athens, GA; her grandchildren, Chris Wente (Valerie), Jeff Wente (Jennie), Shawn Wente, Nicholas Wente, Cody Wente (Kayla), Rick Wente (Tracy), Lisa Jergenson (Harold), Garin Wente (Amanda), Tanner Wente (Amy) and Jessie Clark (Cole); her stepgrandchildren, Carrie, Paul (Tonya) and Rachel; and her great grandchildren, Grace, Jacob, Kaitlyn, Paige, Ava, Austin, Ashlyn, Brenna, Paxton, Archer, Dierks, Livie and Bonnie Bray.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Stinemetz Funeral Home (522 N Pomeroy Ave, Hill City, KS 67642). A burial will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at the Stockton Cemetery.
