She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Hollis Maxwell and Melba Christeen Mayo Maxwell; her great grandchild Daniel Cole Watson; and her siblings, James Don Maxwell and Velma Jean Maxwell.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Gilbertson of Edmond, Oklahoma; her daughters, Dr. Cynthia G. Watson (Alan Schinnerer) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Pamela Johnson (Richard) of Elmore City, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Dr. Tyler Watson (Ashley Watson) and Hannah Rose.
