He was predeceased by: his parents, Murville Bruce and Mabel Bruce; and his sister Rosa Firkins. He is survived by: his wife Sonja Bruce; his children, Mike Bruce (Lisa) and Melanie Williamson (Charles); his grandsons, John Williamson, James Bruce, Jacob Bruce and Josh Bruce (Sadie); his brother-in-law Andy Coleman; and his nieces and nephews, Don Firkins, Gary Firkins, Larry Firkins, Brian Coleman, Hamp Keahey, Kelly Keahey, Andria O'Donnell and Theresa Black.
