He is survived by: his wife Martha Percival of Edmond; his children, Deborah Fisher (Randy) of Oklahoma City, Karen Russell of Mustang, Diana Caton of Oklahoma City, Jenny Moore (Chris) of Edmond and Steven Bishop of Guthrie, Oklahoma.; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Russell, Jason Russell, Jeffery Caton, Chad Fisher, Kelsey Fisher, Kayla Moore, Lindsey Haug, Kelby Moore and Megan Sawyer. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
