He is survived by: his wife Doylene Johnson; his children, Steven Lee Johnson of Edmond and Melissa Kaye Johnson of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Steven Craig Johnson, Seyanne Johnson, Laten Johnson and Ava Johnson of Arcadia, OK; and his great grandchildren, Parker Carson and Adilynn Johnson.
