He is survived by: his children, Heath Moad (Courtney) of Edmond and Sarah Hayes (Kyle) of Edmond; his sisters, Ingrid Willnurth (Tony) of Guthrie and Jeannette Nealy of Yukon; and his grandchildren, Mason Hayes, Tyson Hayes, Gabrielle Hayes, Nicolet Moad, Adriana Moad and Lucian Moad.
