He is survived by: his wife Sharon Elizabeth Millington (Shel); his father James Dean Daves; his stepmother Shelley Lynn Daves; his mother Toni Garnett Strader; his stepfather Todd Strader; and his siblings, Courtney GleeAnn Daves, Jerica Lynn Toon, Charles Matthew Daves (Lacie), Joshua David Toon (Heather) and Jeffrey Clayben Daves. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
