He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Victor and Anne Delores (Rapp); and his sister Patrice. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Jule Johnson (Liz); his siblings, Thomas and Susan (Jim); and his children, Jerome Eugene (Kim), Jonathan, Stephanie (Taylor), Kirsten (Jordan), Joshua (Julee) and Anna (Jonny). He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
