He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Bob and Olga Pendergrass Farley; and his brother Jack Farley. He is survived by: his friend Jerry; his sister Jaquetta; his close friends, Dale Smith and Bill David Walker; his friends, Don and Sandra Longcrier; his daughter Elizabeth; his brother Jerry Farley (Susan) of Topeka; his sister-in-law Linda Farley of Oklahoma City; his sister Janet Jackson (Justin) of Edmond; his niece Bre Cynova (Kevin) of Oklahoma City; his nephew James Farley (Julie) of Mustang; his great-niece Cassandra; his great-nephews, Carter and Tyler; and his cousin Pam Westbrook of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by numerous other cousins and friends.

Friends and family are invited to wear masks.
