Katie Ellen McBride Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2025, at the age of 35, Katie Ellen McBride in Edmond, Oklahoma, born in Wichita, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Ken McBride. She is survived by: her wife Miranda McBride; her mother Cindy McBride; her siblings, Kylie Glover (Steven) and Josh McBride (Wendy); and her siblings' children, Faith, Brooklynn, Presley, Mia, Emmeline, Oaklan and Steyr. She is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper Funeral Home (6600 Broadway Ext, Oklahoma City, OK 73116). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In honor of Katie and in aligning with her wishes, we ask that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to Pivot, Rainbow Youth Project, or Diversity Center of Oklahoma.
