He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Earl Downey and Glendola Black; his wife Eileen Hearn; his friend Rod Delano; his son Shawn (Talia); his grandchildren, Freya and Mira; his children, Jenny and Brandon (Michele); his grandchild Carly; his son Matt (Christina); his grandchildren, Elliott and Meadow; the mother of his children Eileen; his sisters, Linda and Sheila; and his nephew Shane. He was also cherished by great nephew & great niece; and many other beloved family members, friends, and co-workers.
