He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Byers and Elma Tessibel Byers; his daughter Jenny Byers; his stepson Shawn Barnard; his close friend Tom Ragsdale; and his pet Tigger.
He is survived by: his former wife Donna Davidson-Osborn; his wife Lindy Byers; his sister Wilma Webb (Herb); his stepbrother Mark Waugh; his children, Tonya Byers and Doug Byers; and his stepchildren, Angie Gehrer (Rob) and Michael Gillott (Erin). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
