She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Freddie and Mary Vignon Goodno Mittelstet. She is survived by: her husband Emmett Carter; her son Jarrett Carter; her grandchildren, Kade and Kenley; her daughter Andrea Aggarwal (Sonel); her grandchildren, Isaac and Ari; and her brother Kirk Mittelstet. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
