He is survived by: his parents, James Lusby and Mardi Lusby; his uncle Scotty; his cousins, Shannon and Cory; his son Trey Christian (Tyna); his wife Velicia Lusby; his son Peyton Lusby (Skyla); his sister Terri Sprehe (David); his mother-in-law Barbara Lehman; his brother-in-law Jeromy Lehman; and his sibling's children, Dallas Sprehe, David Sprehe and Dylan Sprehe (Lorraine).
