She is survived by: her husband Dennis McPhail; her daughter Lesli McPhail of Edmond, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Brent Hammock of Perkins, Oklahoma and Johnna Brichacek of Drumright, Oklahoma; her sister Jean Sparks of Cleveland, Oklahoma; and her great grandchildren, Brock Hammock of Perkins, Oklahoma and Surrii Hammock of Edmond, Oklahoma. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
