It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lou Volturo in Edmond, Oklahoma, who passed away on October 27, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Vassaur and Florence Vassaur; her husband George Volturo; and her siblings, Reba Reese, Alene Vassaur, Ed Vassaur Jr., Bugs Vassaur and Bing Vassaur.
She is survived by: her children, Tony (Renee) and Gina Volturo-Ellis; her grandchildren, Natalie Dominguez (Devon) and Giorgio Johnson (Brenda); her great grandchildren, Lincoln, Charlie and Grace Johnson; and her nieces and nephews, Charles, Tom, Judy (Saxton), Rita Volturo, Donna Volturo-Fiorelli, Gloria Ayers, Noel Reese, Bonny Reese, John Vassaur and Kristy Vassaur.
