Though Mitchell may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his grandmother Irene. He is survived by: his parents, Casey Short and Kristen Short; his brother Mason (Jessica); and his nephew PJ.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Henderson Hills Baptist Church (1200 E Interstate 35 Frontage Rd, Edmond, OK 73034).
