She is survived by: her husband Greg McCain; her mother Joi Freeman; her children, Justin Johnson (Erica) and Lauren Hollis (Wade); her grandchildren, Steele Hollis, Bexley Hollis and Noelle Johnson; her siblings, Lisa Hibbard (Ray) and Bill Freeman (Carolyn); Monica. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Integris Health Foundation for their transplant unit in memory of Monica.
