He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie Burton Garrison. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Garrison Clowers (Daniel), Otis Garrison III (Charletta Phillips Garrison) and Rhonda Garrison Daniels (Rodney Daniels); and his stepdaughters, Jackye Baker (Andy) and Tami Macias (Rafael).
A funeral service was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM and on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM.
