He is survived by: his wife Tamara Nicklas; his children, Natalie and Joshua of Edmond Ok; and his siblings, Jane Gray (Peter) of Edmond, Carolyn Sallee of Charleston, SC, David and Daniel of Shawnee, OK. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
