She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyel Webb and Ruth Webb. She is survived by: her son Zac Stover; her daughter-in-law Lisa of Edmond; and her grandchildren, Jolie, Wesley and Liam.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in Rita's memory be made to Autism Oklahoma or Labelled and Loved, nonprofit organizations that were close to her heart.
