He was predeceased by: his parents, Marilyn Charter and Fred Charter; and his brothers, Steve and Fred "Skeeter" Charter. He is survived by: his daughter Andalyn; and his brothers, Ted (Barbara Charter), Rick Charter and Tim (Cheryl Charter). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The inurnment was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Gracelawn Cemetery (1407 North Blvd, Edmond, OK 73003).
