She was predeceased by: her parents, Lionardo Molina and Edina Molina; and her sisters, Amelita and America. She is survived by: her siblings, Leon Molina, Allisa Hill and Janie Fullington.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (308 NW 164th St, Edmond, OK 73013).
Rather than flowers, loving contributions can be made toward Sam's medical expenses.
