He is survived by: his daughter Shawna Cook (Mitch); his grandson Christopher; his sibling's children, Reja and Neda; his brother Shahram Azhdari (Parvin); his sibling's child Najin; his grandchildren, Daniel and Llithyia; his sister-in-law Shahla; his sibling's children, Bahar Azhdari and Yassi Azhdar; his brother-in-law Mahmoud Farkhondehpay; and his sibling's children, Pantea and Reza.
His professional life was distinguished by his membership in ASHRAE, and his significant contributions to the Benham Group and FSB Architects and Engineers.
