He was predeceased by: his parents, Singleton McMullan and Mary Lou McMullan (Hollingsworth); and his siblings, Shirley Hackman and Larry McMullan. He is survived by: his wife Liz; his children, Tim McMullan (Stacy) of Shawnee, Oklahoma and Susan Ledgerwood (Dan) of Cushing, Oklahoma; his sister Sue Tennyson (Ken) of Katy, Texas; and his sister-in-law Ellen McMullan of Mobile, AL. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
